We provided MEP Design retrofit for an existing building over 9,0000 SQFT. This Tenant Improvement of over 14,000 SQFT created an open floor plan for this two-store building and included updates to the existing HVAC system, new interior lighting, and the electrical and plumbing configurations to accommodate the revised layout.
SA Scientific Office in San Antonio, TX
The 14,500 sqft tenant space in an existing 2-story building was remodeled into open plan offices on both floors. Our MEP Designs included new plumbing, fixtures, lighting, upgraded electrical systems, and new HVAC systems and grilles.
National Construction Rental Office Building in San Antonio, TX
CAPCo provided MEP Design for a remodel of an existing 4,300 SQFT building that included a new HVAC and ductwork, improvement of existing restrooms, the addition of a new restroom and shower area, and new electrical and plumbing design for the building.
