Project Overview
CAPCo Engineering was proud to provide full Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design services for the Bandera Veterinary Clinic retrofit in San Antonio, Texas. This project involved the transformation of an existing 7,680-square-foot commercial space into a modern, fully equipped veterinary clinic tailored to meet the needs of both staff and animals.
Our team collaborated closely with the architectural team and coordinated with all trades to ensure a smooth design process from schematic development through permitting.
Scope of Work
The MEP scope included the complete system design for the following clinic spaces:
- Reception and Waiting Area

Mechanical Design Highlights

- Generated plumbing load calculations and fixture schedules
- Created plumbing plans including water supply, sanitary drainage, and special requirements for treatment areas
- Designed with efficiency and maintainability in mind, including specifications and coordination with medical equipment
