Provisions are made for easy cleaning of lint from central dryer exhaust systems.

Lighting is generally all LED, lay-in, recessed or pendant type with exterior sconces and wall packs for security. Decorative strips or clouds are used in lounges and lobbies for aesthetics. Provisions are made for televisions mounted on walls, along with USB charging outlets at various locations. Connections are provided for owner furnished laundry equipment.
