We will be providing the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design for an architect’s office in Kyle, TX. This is a one-story, historical building and the finished project will be approximately 750 Sq Ft.
The MEP systems will include the ductless split system for temperature control, lighting, and plumbing for the office and restroom. If required, parking area lighting will also be included.

Scope of Work
The scope of work for the project will be as follows:
1. Mechanical
HVAC plans include piping, duct layout, diffuser and grille locations, mechanical equipment locations, and details of construction, along with specifications on drawings
2. Electrical
Electrical plans include connections, circuits, switches, and details of construction Electrical specifications on drawings.
3. Plumbing
Plumbing plans include piping layouts, fixture connections, and details of construction. Plumbing specifications on drawings
